Chris Spencer

 

Chris Spencer was the president of Chris Spencer Homes, a custom home building company located in Cherokee County.  In the past 8 years, Chris has built in several high end communities such as Chestatee, Achasta, Winfield Station, Pigeon Creek, and Lake Arrowhead.  Before starting Chris Spencer Homes, Chris was a project manager for Jeremy Rutenberg and Associates, a custom home building company based in Cobb County.

Chris graduated form Georgia Tech with a major on Civil Engineering.  After graduation Chris taught high school for several years before entering the home building industry.  He has been in the home building business for the past 20 years.  Chris has built over 200 custom homes during his career.  He lives in one of the homes he built on a street where he built 8 other homes including his next door neighbors.  Chris and his wife Martha have 2 children, Andrew age 15, and Ashlyn age 13.  They live in Cherokee County.  Chris is very active in the Boy Scouts of America and YMCA Soccer.

 

 Eric Love

After receiving an Architectural Engineering degree form Southern Polytechnic State University in 1992, Eric worked for two of the largest local home building companies in the Metro-Atlanta area.  With his experience as a purchasing manager, controller, and project manager, Eric has been intimately involved in every aspect of the home building business.

In 1996, Eric started his own home building company, Grace Ventures, Inc.  Originally a custom home building company, it quickly developed into a production home building company which built over 100 homes per year at it's peak with annual revenues in excess of 12 million dollars.  With a steadily growing company, Eric built over 350 homes in the Atlanta area from 1996 through 2008 with prices ranging from the low $100's to over $1 million.
